One Page Business Planning Workshop

This two part planning workshop is designed to support you creating a complete strategic and operational plan for your business and tools to implement that plan successfully in 2010. In the first session of this workshop, you will create the vision, mission and strategies for your busines. Two days later you will develop the 2010 objectives and action plans for your business.

The key to this accelerated and effective planning process is group interaction and use of the powerful Point, Click. Plan software (each participant will receive a copy.)

This planning workshop is limited to only 12 businesses. (Partnerships will attend a one business for one fee).

Session 1 (Scheduled for 12/7/09 1-5 PM)

• Create a powerful vision statement that graphically descirbes your businedd in Two sentences or less.
• Create a mission statement for each attendee that not only describes why the business exist but actuall creates sales demand.
• Craft six to eight powerful strategies that describe how the business will be built and managed for ling term success.

Session 2 (Scheduled for 12/9/09 1-5 PM)

• Design six to eight quantitative business, financial and operational objectives that catalyze action and create results.
• Craft four to six actionslbe, business building projects designed to implement the key strategies.
• Summarize the five above elements into a One Page Business Plan.

Session requirements.

• Each business must bring a laptop computer with the ability to access the internet.

Participants will also receive a One Page Plan Workbook with software tools to support implentation of their One Page Business Plan
